Cucumber yogurt sauce
INGREDIENTS
1 Large cucumber chpped
¼ c chopped red onion
1 c plain greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup chopped dill
Salt/pepper
PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients in a small food processor until smooth.
Makes 2 cups sauce
