Storage & Handling

Choosing a Pepper: Choose peppers that are uniform in shape with tight glossy skin. The uniform walls of the pepper should be thick and free from soft spots, wrinkles and blemishes. The pepper should feel firm all over. Stems should be intact (at least an inch long, not cut shorter). They should be an even, rich, green color and should also be free from scars, browning, and blemishes.

OPTIMAL STORAGE TEMPERATURE 50-55°F

PEPPER TIP- Peppers can be frozen for future cooking. For best results, freeze the entire pepper in a freezer bag.
