One of the founding principles of Ger-Nis was to bring exceptional growers together with emerging markets, in order to sustain long term sustainability for the growers and the markets. We have decided to add Organic & Organic Fair Trade fruits to our mix because we believe we can not only bring some exceptional growers together with the emerging markets, but we truly believe we can make an impact on our planet and within our communities both on the grower level and on the level of the end user. We believe that the Organic Fair Trade Fruit sector is an important one in our industry that can help change the way we grow and sell produce, specifically from the developing world. In our journeys around the world we have found amazing farmers growing amazing fruits like avocadoes, mangoes, pineapples, citrus, and many more. These farmers are unique in that instead of growing their crops conventionally or even simply organically, they are trying to make a sustainable life for themselves and their communities, knowing that this benefits the worlds markets for produce as well in the long run. We find ourselves in the times where people all over the world are realizing that long term solutions for the entire process….from seed to mouth, is pivotal in sustaining our planet. We therefore with great appreciation for their efforts, open our doors & our markets to their products!
