Coming soon from Ger-Nis Culinary & Herb Center; Roadtrips! As many of our class attendees know, education doesn’t have to end after school. Several times a week, self-proclaimed students come to learn the tricks of the trade at our cooking classes. With the arrival of spring we are bringing back the fieldtrip!
We are putting together programs featuring local, organic, sustainable and fair-trade operations in New York City and beyond. Stay tuned for updates, and don’t forget your permission slip! In addition to the local road trips we are putting together a sector of the company which specializes in culinary road trips further outside our local domain, and of course we tend to think big here and with our extensive fruit and vegetable travel we have experiences so many wonders of food culture we are thrilled to have in the works to share!
