Incoming! Ger-Nis Pesto and Chimichurris
We here at Ger-Nis consider ourselves pretty earth-conscious, and are always on the hunt here for ways to cut down on food waste. Frustrated at leftover herbs and spices from our classes and always inspired by flavors of the world, we began to make our own sauces and spreads. Always a big hit in the office and with friends and family, and because we have such incredible access to fantastic ingredients, it seemed like the perfect time to launch a line of fresh, healthy and delicious pesto and Chimichurris.
The wheels are set in motion and recipe testing is going on in our test kitchen this very moment, so stay tuned for details of the grand unveiling!
