Ger-Nis at the PMA
Ger-Nis is a proud member of the Produce Marketing Association (PMA) and attended its annual International Exposition in Anaheim, California this year.
It was an incredibly busy place with a record attendance of over 18,000 people including a mixture of growers, shippers, vendors, wholesalers, retailers, buyers, lawyers and much more! The beautiful booths represented produce companies from all over the world and included farmers, packagers, chefs and retailers. Every aspect of the industry was represented.
We took the time to meet with our existing customers, vendors and suppliers and had time to meet new ones. There is always so much to learn. The experience can be a bit overwhelming because there is so much to do in such a short time and in such a large place, but we really believe in the benefits of attending these shows. We were also able to visit some of our local California customers as well as our warehousing facilities while we were there.
We all had a good time and it was great to see our customers face to face and recommit to deliver on what we promise.
