Herbs & Health: Fresh Rosemary & Sage Hair

After the heat and sun of summer and the damp and coolness of fall, winter is the perfect time to pay a little attention to your tresses and give your hair the tender care it deserves. Winter’s two most powerful herbs – rosemary and sage – lend themselves to the job. Rosemary and sage are the herbs most associated with hair health, hair strength and hair luster. Rosemary is used throughout the world to stimulate the growth of new hair, strengthen the roots of hair follicles, and to clean the scalp of impurities and build up. With a few simple, inexpensive tips, these fresh winter herbs can transform your dull locks into a silky and luxurious mane. Try a few of these winter herbal hair remedies and set your locks free!
