Summertime is here & it is one of the most anticipated seasons of them all. With the most sought after items for cooking, summer is the season we wait all year for and, finally and without warning, it is here. With it, it brings heat, humidity, thunder and lightning storms, vacations, trips to the beach, longer days/shorter nights and many of the most desired fruits and vegetables. The short quick bursts of plentitude that produce these summer gems make summertime one of the best seasons for experimenting and creating new and modern concoctions.
