Ger-Nis Culinary & Herb Center specializes in a wide range of recreational cooking & education classes for adults and children; promoting healthy eating and living habits through hands on and lecture style classroom environments.  Our commitment to our community, as well as our planet, and an exceptional understanding of the culinary needs of our students of all ages allows us to focus on the entire cooking and eating process, from grower to “cooker”.  With a strong emphasis on fresh herbs, the center hosts classes that allow students to gain more knowledge in the origin of the foods they eat, along with how to prepare both elaborate and simple meals, with great ease & joy.  The Culinary & Herb Center is a passionate advocate of organic and fair trade communities from all around the world and committed to supporting local chefs, farmers & artisans in our own backyards.  At Ger-Nis we take it the entire distance…………
